The Editorial Board bases its decision for acceptance, revision, or rejection of the paper upon the advice of at least two reviewers:

1. Submit manuscript.
2. Initial Reviewer (Editor in Chief).
3. Result_* send to editor or * rejection (disaffiliation).
4. Send to the editor to reviewers
5. Manuscript reviewing (one month).
6. Editor in Chief checking for the final result.
7. Conditional acceptance.
8. Send to Author for Modification.
9. Author Modification (one month).
10. Submit Revision by Editor in Chief checking.
11. Manuscript Acceptance.
12. Preparation and publication.
